What is your Return Policy?

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. You will be required to pay the postage for the return.

RETURNS & RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@futurepizza.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. 

REFUNDS & EXCEPTIONS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Shipping Policy and Rules

The team at Future Pizza loves creating all of the crazy pizzas and merch you all love. We take great pride in offering an exceptional product unlike anything else you will find and we strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date you provide.

There are many things we do to attempt to ensure a quick and speedy delivery; however, when it comes to shipping food frozen across the country some things are not within our control. Easy examples being the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of our shipping provider. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

Future Pizza is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive 3-4 days before your event. A majority of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness. In some instances due to weather, high package volume (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your product arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it arrives in good condition.

Future Pizza is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
